How I work

I work on an hourly basis, with the rate depending on how we're working together. The longer the commitment, the lower the rate — because ongoing work means I can plan around you, learn your business properly, and become genuinely useful rather than just available.

Standard

Ad-hoc work or small one-off tasks

Project

Support for the duration of a defined project

£27 / $36

Retainer

Ongoing, long-term working arrangement

£25 / $33

Retainer packages

Retainers are billed monthly for a set number of hours. Unused hours don't roll over, but I'll always tell you in advance if we're tracking under or over so there are no surprises.

  • 10 hours / month — £250 / $330

  • 20 hours / month — £500 / $660

  • 30 hours / month — £750 / $990

  • Custom — if you need something larger or shaped differently, let's talk

Project work

Projects are quoted individually based on scope. As a rough guide, a typical funnel build, or website refresh sits somewhere between 10 and 40 hours of work, billed at the project rate. I'll always give you a written estimate before we start, and flag early if anything is going to push us beyond it.
